We appreciate your repair business. We strive to give our customers the best service possible. 

By leaving your vacuum at Vac MD you agree to these service policies:

 

1. When you leave your unit for repair, we ask that you pick it up within 7 days of us contacting you to let you know if it's been completed. We don't have a ton of room in the store, so a $2 per day storage fee will be charge on any unit left here over the 7 days. If this is not possible, please let us know and we will accommodate as needed. 

2. If a unit is left at the store for more than 60 days, we will dispose of it as we see fit. We highly suggest you leave a working phone number and email so that we can make all efforts to contact you before this.

1. Vac MD Inc is not responsible for units damaged by natural disasters or other occurrences beyond our control (theft, fire etc.). Prior to a hurricane or tropical storm we do our best to safe guard all the product in the store.
